摘 要:针对河长制工作考核指标多、基层迎评压力大、重点工作不够突出等问题,进一步发挥河长制考核指挥棒作用,以结果导向、群众满意为主要原则,从河道指标、水质指标、群众满意指标等方面,运用层次分析法优化河长制评价体系。以2018年浙江省A市6个县区实际情况为例进行评价体系运用,结果表明,该评价体系指标选取能较好地发挥考核导向作用,有助于河长制工作考核管理。There are so many problems existing in the assessment of river chief system as too many indicators,high assessment pressure,unremarkable key work,etc.In order to further play the role of river chief system assessment,a new assessment mode optimized by AHP based on result-oriented and mass satisfaction is introduced from the indicators as river course,water quality,and so on.A case study is conducted on the actual data from six counties of a city in Zhejiang Province in 2018.The result shows that the selection of evaluating indicators has played a good role in assessment and guidance,which is helpful to the assessment management of the river chief system.
