摘 要:以‘巴黎’品种矾根经过离体培养,得到的单株组培苗作为试验材料,进行其生根体系的建立及优化。结果表明:促进单株组培苗生根的最佳基本培养基为1/2MS,最佳NAA浓度为0.2 mg/L,添加的最佳蔗糖浓度为8 g/L,活性炭浓度为1.0 g/L。此配方的生根率可达98%,单株平均生根数为6条,株高达3.8cm,植株健壮,移栽成活率高达95%。Using the single plantlet obtained from in vitro culture as test material,the rooting system of‘Paris’was established and optimized.The results showed that:the best basic medium for promoting the rooting of single-plant seedlings was 1/2 MS,the optimal NAA concentration was 0.2 mg/L,the optimal sucrose concentration was 8 g/L,and the activated carbon concentration was 1.0 g/L.The rooting rate of this formula can reach 98%,the average number of roots per plant was 6,the plant was up to 3.8 cm,the plant was strong,and the survival rate of transplanting was up to 95%.
