摘  要:以5年生黄金梨树为试验材料,利用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪测定其叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化,并探讨其与环境因子、生理因子的关系。研究发现,黄金梨叶片Pn日变化曲线呈双峰型,于11:00、14:00分别出现一次高峰,具有光合“午休”现象;PAR、RH是影响黄金梨叶片净光合速率的主要环境因子,Gs、Tr是起主要影响作用的生理因子。With Hwangkumbae mature leaves as experimental material,the use of LI-6400 its net photosynthetic rate(Pn)diurnal variation.The results showed that:Hwangkumbae diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of leaves bimodal curve,the first peak occurs at 11:00 and 14:00,respectively,in the afternoon,with a lunch break phenomenon,It is composed of stomatal and non-stomatal factors caused by two factors;It was PAR and Ca that affected the changes of Pn among the ecological factors,and Gs and RH played very important roles in the changes of Pn among the physiological factors.
