摘  要:花绒寄甲Darstarcus helophoroides是松材线虫病主要媒介昆虫—松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus的重要寄生性天敌,其在松褐天牛适生区的越冬情况一定程度上决定了翌年的种群基数和防治效果。本研究在山东威海和青岛的松材线虫病疫区内设置笼罩,释放人工繁育的花绒寄甲种群,翌年调查其越冬存活率和越冬场所。结果表明人工繁育的花绒寄甲在青岛和威海均能够成功越冬,平均存活率在50%以上,主要以单头成虫在树皮下和树皮缝内越冬。本次调查结果为明确花绒寄甲在山东省内人工移殖或引进的可行性提供依据。Darstercus helophoroides is an important parasitical natural enemy of Monochamus alternatus,which is one vector of pine wood nematode.Its overwintering in the suitable area of M.alternatus determines the control effect in the next year to a certain extent.In this study,the survival rate and overwintering locations of the artificial breeding of the parasitoids were investigated in the following year by releasing them in the epidemic areas of pine wood nematode in Weihai and Qingdao,Shandong Province.The results showed that the artificially breeding D.helophoroides could survive the winter successfully in both Qingdao and Weihai,mainly under the bark and in the bark seam.The results of this investigation provide a basis for clarifying the feasibility of artificial colonization or introduction of D.helophoroides in Shandong Province.
