摘 要:以南宁市林业科学研究所21年生湿地松改良代种子园的雄性不育系和其他17个湿地松雄性可育系为研究材料,对湿地松改良代种子园树高、胸径、冠幅、球果产量和雄花量进行了方差分析、遗传参数估算、比较平均值及相关性分析。研究结果表明:21年生的湿地松改良代种子园树高、胸径、冠幅、球果产量和雄花量在无性系间和小区间均存在着极显著差异,各性状变异系数在12.75%~104.85%之间,无性系重复力在92.99%~98.19%之间,单株重复力在72.64%~91.58%之间。湿地松雄性不育无性系树高、胸径、冠幅、球果产量在18个湿地松无性系的排名分别为第1、第4、第2、第4,分别高出参试无性系平均水平的15.61%、9.01%、18.01%、46.19%。湿地松雄花量与胸径、冠幅、球果产量存在极显著负相关;球果产量与胸径存在极显著正相关。以上说明湿地松雄性不育系可作为林木遗传改良的优良育种材料,雄花量和球果产量可作为遗传育种培养大径材和高产种子园优树选择的重要参考指标。The male sterile lines of 21-year-old improved seed orchard of Pinus elliottii and 17 other male fertile lines of Pinus elliottii were used as materials.Variance analysis,genetic parameter estimation,comparative mean and correlation analysis were conducted on tree height,diameter at breast height,crown width,cone yield and male flower volume in improved seed orchard of slash pine.The results showed that there were significant differences in height,diameter at breast height,crown width,cone yield and male flower numbers among clones and in plot construction of 21-year-old improved slash pine seed orchard.The coefficient of variation of each character was between 12.75%and 104.85%;the repeatability of clones ranged from 92.99%to 98.19%,and that of individual plants ranged from 72.64%to 91.58%.Height,diameter at breast height,crown width and cone yield of male sterile clones of Pinus elliottii were ranked 1,4,2 and 4 in 18 clones,respectively.It was higher than the average of 15.61%,9.01%,18.01%and 46.19%of the clones.There was a significant negative correlation between the number of male flowers and the diameter at breast height,crown width and cone yield.There was a significant positive correlation between cone yield and diameter at breast height.The results indicated that the male sterile lines of Pinus elliottii could be used as good breeding materials for genetic improvement of forest trees,and the yield of male flowers and cones could be used as important reference indexes for selecting superior trees for breeding large diameter wood and high yield seed orchard.
