基于ANN的栓皮栎天然次生林直径分布模型研究

摘  要:研究了伏牛山区栓皮栎天然次生林直径分布,以期为当地天然次生林优化林分结构、合理经营管理提供参考。以伏牛山区栓皮栎天然次生异龄纯林为研究对象,用连续调查的固定标准地为数据源,构建了ANN和负指数函数直径分布模型。拟合结果表明:①ANN拟合精度均在97%以上,负指数函数拟合精度在60%~80%,ANN拟合精度明显高于负指数函数拟合精度;②与传统建模方法相比,ANN不论树种、起源、林分生长曲线复杂度、分布曲线类型,均有极好的拟合效果;③随着林分年龄增加,偏度和峰值逐渐减小,林分直径分布由相对集中向相对分散转变。说明ANN具有无限逼近任意非线性的能力,可以用来拟合复杂的林分生长过程。The paper designed the diameter distribution for Quercus variabilis natural secondary forest in the Funiu Mountainous area in order to provide reference for optimizing stand structure and reasonable management for natural secondary forest.Taking the natural secondary pure forest of Quercus variabilis in Funiu Mountainous area as the research object,the paper established the diameter distribution models based on ANN and negative exponential function using the data of fixed sample plots for continuous inventory.The result showed that:①the fitting precision of ANN was above 97%and negative exponential function was between 60%and 80%.ANN was obviously better than negative exponential function in fitting effect;②Compared with traditional modeling methods,ANN had superbly fitting effect regardless of trees species,stand origin,complexity of stand growth curve or types of distribution curve;③The skewness and kurtosis gradually decreased with the increase of stand age.Simultaneously,the diameter distribution changed from relative centralization to relative scatter.ANN can fit complex stand growth process,because it has the ability to infinitely approximate any arbitrary nonlinearity.
