摘 要:爵床科植物性喜温暖,多生长在南方,北方地区的环境条件难以满足该种植物生长,所以许多种类被引种到温室进行观赏。研究冬季温室内爵床科植物的光合特性,为爵床科植物的引种、科学栽培、越冬提供科学依据。选用青岛市植物馆内5种爵床科(Acanthaceae)植物:银脉爵床(Kudoacanthus albonervosa)、金脉爵床(Sanchezia speciosa)、赤苞花(Megaskepasma erythrochlamys)、黄虾花(Pachystachys lutea)、十字爵床(Crossandra infundibuliformis)为研究对象。采用CIRAS-3便携式光合测定仪,分别测定了越冬过程中5种爵床科植物的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO 2浓度、水分利用效率(WUE)。结果表明:在冬季温室环境中,5种爵床科植物的净光合速率会下降;蒸腾速率会略微升高;胞间CO 2浓度变化不大,在一定范围内平缓波动;气孔导度除赤苞花出现升高外,其余4种爵床科植物冬季出现下降;黄虾花水分利用率变化下降最大。综上所述,冬季温室环境下,爵床科植物会处于休眠状态,生命活动变弱以减少养分的消耗,维持正常生命活力,安全越冬。Acanthaceae plants like warm plants,more grow in the south,the environmental conditions in the north are difficult to meet the growth of this plant,so many species introduced to the greenhouse for viewing.The photosynthetic characteristics of Acanthaceae plants in greenhouse in winter were measured,aiming to provide scientific basic for the introduction,scientific cultivation and overwintering of Acanthaceae plants.This experiment selected five species of Acanthaceae plants as the research objects,including Kudoacanthus albonervosa,Sanchezia speciosa,Megaskepasma erythrochlamys,Pachystachys lutea,Crossandra infundibuliformis.The CIRAS-3 portable photosynthetic apparatus was used to measure net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO 2 concentration,water use efficiency(WUE)during the winter of five species of Acanthaceae plants.The results showed that in the greenhouse environment in winter,the net photosynthetic rates of the five species of Acanthaceae plants declined;transpiration rate slightly increased;intercellular CO 2 concentration change was not large,flat fluctuations within a certain scope;in addition to the Megaskepasma erythrochlamys increased,the stomatal conductance of the rest of the four kinds of Acanthaceae plant winter declined;water use efficiency variation of Pachystachys lutea decreased.In summary,in the greenhouse environment in winter,Acanthaceae plants will be dormant,and weaker life activities were kept in order to reduce the consumption of nutrient and maintain normal life safety overwinter.
