摘 要:针对50 kW大功率电推进电源设计要求,提出了前级LLC、后级多输入Buck的两级拓扑结构,并根据该两级结构提出了一种新的控制方式,即通过对前级LLC的数量进行配置,降低母线电压,从而提升后级三输入Buck变换器的占空比,提升后级效率;适当减小前级LLC电源工作个数,能够减小前级总损耗,进一步提升整机效率;最后制作了50 kW大功率电推进电源试验样机。结果表明:在前级输入100 V时,后级输出能在300~2000 V的范围内改变。同时在输出功率为20 kW时,前级只有3个LLC模块工作,后级Buck电路的占空比为0.4,验证了控制方法的可行性。To satisfy the design requirements of the 50 kW high-power electric propulsion power supply,a two-stage topology structure of the front-stage LLC and the back-stage Buck the former LLC and the latter multi-input Buck was proposed.Then a new control method was put forward according to the two-stage structure.The bus voltage was reduce through the configuration of the front-stage LLC number,thus the duty cycle of the three-stage Buck converter of the rear stage and the efficiency of the rear stage were improved.Appropriately reducing the number of LLC power supplies in the front stage could reduce the total loss of the front stage and further improve the overall efficiency.Finally,a prototype of 50 kW high-power electric propulsion power supply was made.The results showed that when the front stage input was 100V,the latter stage output could be changed in the range of 300~2000 V.At the same time,when the output power was 20 kW,only three LLC modules work in the front stage,and the duty ratio of the Buck circuit in the rear stage was 0.4,which verified the feasibility of the control method.
