对五行针灸调整食管癌负性情绪的探索

摘　　要：本文从食管癌患者的负性情绪入手,围绕五行针灸,从4个方面对五行针灸调整食管癌负性情绪进行探索,包括食管癌和负性情绪之间的关系;五行针灸源于中医古代典籍;探讨五行针灸治疗重点在“神”;五行针灸调整食管癌负性情绪的可能性。笔者认为在食管癌的中医临床治疗中,可以运用五行针灸调整患者的负面情绪,从而提高食管癌的治疗效果和患者的生活质量。In this study,the regulation of the negative emotions of patients with esophageal cancer by five-element acupuncture was discussed from four aspects,i.e.,the relationship between esophageal cancer and negative emotions,five-element acupuncture theory originated from ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,five-element acupuncture treatment focusing on the regulation of spirit,and the feasibility of fiveelement acupuncture for the regulation of negative emotion of esophageal cancer patients.The results indicated that the regulation of negative emotions by five-element acupuncture is beneficial to the improvement of therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients during the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.
