摘 要:目的阐明世界肝炎检测专利技术的发展历程、现状以及研究热点和前沿,为肝炎检测技术的学术研究方向和整体规划提供参考借鉴。方法以德温特专利索引数据库(Derwent Innovations Index)建库以来所有年份发表的肝炎检测为主题的专利为对象,采用文献计量分析的方法,获得有关肝炎检测专利逐年发表情况、研究核心机构的分布、领域专业术语及德温特手工代码的聚类、时间线和热点图谱等,确定了世界肝炎检测专利技术研究领域在不同时期的研究关键和前沿,识别了该领域热点和演化趋势。结果近年来世界肝炎检测专利技术研究发表呈现上升趋势,研究的公司机构主要集中在美国;研究热点经历了单克隆抗体、固体支撑物、丙型肝炎病毒、氨基酸、核酸、分离多肽、免疫原性片段、药物成分、类风湿性关节炎、丙肝病毒感染、氨基酸序列(SEQ ID)、检测实用新型技术、温度(℃)、乙肝病毒感染检测;应用方面经历了最初的一般性技术、设备逐渐发展到分子层面的分离鉴定技术、具有针对性的基因工程、基因探针技术,接着又发展到近年来神经系统相关领域检测研究。结论肝炎检测专利年申请量正快速上升,技术层面上获得了飞跃性的进展;肝炎检测实用新型技术、检测温度、乙肝病毒感染检测是目前研究前沿,近年来一些肝炎检测专利也同时应用于多发性硬化治疗、脱髓鞘疾病、脑和脊髓等研究领域。Objective To elucidate the development history, status quo, research hotspot and frontier of the patented hepatitis detection technologies worldwide, and to provide reference for the academic research interests and overall planning of hepatitis detection technology. Methods All patents with subject of hepatitis detection published in Derwent innovations index(DII) since its establishment were selected as the study objects. Bibliometric analysis was performed to obtain the information about the annual publication of hepatitis detection patents, the distribution of core research institutions, domain terms, clustering and timeline and hot spot map of Derwent’s manual codes, understand the research keys and frontiers of patented hepatitis detection technologies at different stages worldwide, and identify the hotspot and trend of the research field. Results In recent years, the publication of patented hepatitis detection technologies in the world has been on the rise. Most research companies and institutions were US-based entities. Research hotspots included monoclonal antibody, solid support, hepatitis C virus, amino acid, nucleic acid, isolated polypeptide, immunogenicity fragment, drug component, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis C virus infection, amino acid sequence(SEQ ID), detection utility model technology, temperature(℃), and hepatitis B virus infection detection. In terms of application, it has experienced the initial general technology and equipment, followed by the molecular isolation and identification technology, targeted genetic engineering, gene probe technology, and then the detection and research in nervous system related fields in recent years.Conclusion The annual number of patent applications for hepatitis detection is increasing rapidly, and the technology has made great progress. Hepatitis detection utility model technology, detection temperature, and hepatitis B virus infection detection are the current research frontiers.
