摘 要:电动汽车用两档位变速装置,可以有效的确定最佳挡位,通过传输相应的转角或扭矩,手动或者通过电控设备带动变速箱的换挡拨叉摆动,实现高低挡之间的切换。这样,可结合车辆的行驶状况,手动或自动地切换合适的挡位,保证了电动汽车在起步、加速、爬坡时具有足够的扭矩,既能节约电能,马力充足,变速箱传送效率更高,维修保养成本低,大大提升了电动汽车的驾驶性能。Electric vehicles with two-gear transmission device, can effectively determine the best gear, through the transmission of the corresponding corner or torque, manual or electric control equipment to drive the transmission shift fork swing, to achieve the switch between high and low gear. In this way, according to the driving condition of the vehicle, manual or automatic switch of the appropriate gear, to ensure that electric vehicles in the start, acceleration, climbing the hill has enough torque, can not only save electricity, sufficient horsepower, transmission efficiency is higher, low maintenance cost, greatly improve the driving performance of electric vehicles.
