摘  要:变速箱的应用场合广泛,而轴承是变速箱中的重要部件,轴承的寿命对变速箱的使用寿命有很大的影响。为了延长轴承的使用寿命,需要根据轴承的工况合理选择轴承的类型。基于有限元软件对变速箱齿轮进行计算,考虑齿轮时变刚度的影响,得出齿轮刚度影响下的齿轮轴承动载荷,为齿轮箱轴承的选型提供了依据。Gearboxes have a wide range of applications, and bearings are an important part of gearboxes. The life of bearings has a great impact on the life of gearboxes. In order to prolong the service life of the bearing, the type of bearing should be reasonably selected according to the working conditions of the bearing. Based on the finite element software, the gearbox gears are calculated, and the influence of the gear’s time-varying stiffness is considered. The dynamic load of the gear bearing under the gear stiffness is obtained, which provides a basis for the selection of the gearbox bearing.
