摘 要:采用氩气雾化法制备了Ti60CuNiCr合金钎料粉末,表征了细粉的收得率、微观形貌、组织和成分,研究了该钎料粉末在纯Ti和Ti2AlNb两种基体上的流动性。结果表明,正200目Ti60Cu Ni Cr合金钎料细粉的收得率大于50%,细粉具有较高的球形度、均匀的成分,以纯Ti相为主,在纯Ti和Ti1AlNb两种基材上均有优异的流动性。The solder powder of ti60 cunicr alloy was prepared by argon atomization. The yield, microstructure, composition of the fine powder were characterized. It was also studied that the wettability of the powder on pure Ti matrix and ti1 alnb matrix. The results show that the yield of fine powder of ti60 cunicr alloy with positive 200 mesh is more than 50 %. There were good sphericity, uniform composition and mainly pure Ti phase on the fine powder. It also shows excellent mobility on pure Ti and Ti1AlNb.
