摘 要:采用一台气相色谱仪,两阀三通道,三氢火焰离子化检测器,一次进样同时检测丙烯中微量烃杂、CO、CO2以及含氧化合物等全组份分析。通过考察柱温、分流比对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件。方法中烃类杂质最小检测限为0.1 mL/m^3,CO、CO2最小检测限为0.01 mL/m^3,含氧化合物最小检测限为0.5 mg/kg。同时对该方法进行了精密度、准确度和最小检测限考察。各个组分的相对标准偏差小于3.0%,回收率都在95%~105%之间,满足标准要求。A gas chromatography with two valves three channels and three hydrogen flame ionization detectors was used to analyze amounts of trace carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygenated chemicals and hydrocarbon impurities in propylene by injecting sample one time. The influence of column temperature, heating rate, split ratio on result determined was investigated,the optimum condition was obtained. The minimum limits of hydrocarbon impurities were 0.1 mL/m^3, the minimum limits of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide were 0.01 mL/m^3, the minimum limits of oxygenated chemicals were 0.5 mg/kg. At the same time, the precision, accuracy and minimum limit of the detection method were checked. The method conformed to requirements of standard that the recoveries of all components were 95 %~105 % and the relative standard deviation( RSD) were all less than 3.0 %.
