摘　　要：为检测卫生湿巾中苄索氯铵杀菌剂的含量,建立了高效液相色谱法的测定方法。样品经流动相溶液提取3次,提取液定容后用孔径为0.45mm的滤膜过滤后测定。结果表明:苄索氯铵溶液的质量浓度在5.03~50.03 mg·L^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);当湿巾样品称样量在4 g时,方法检出限为0.0020%,定量限0.0023%。以卫生湿巾中苄索氯铵含量标示量80%~120%的水平添加进行加标回收试验,平均加标回收率在91.67%~99.13%之间,方法精密度(n=6)试验的相对标准偏差在1.2%。该方法适用于卫生湿巾中苄索氯铵的定量测定。A reversed-phased high-performance liquid chromatography method has been developed for investigating the content of benzethonium chloride fungicide in sanitary wipes. The sample was extracted 3 times with the mobile phase solution. The extract was filtered with a pore size of 0.45 mm after constant volume was measured, and then quantified by external standard method. The linear regression coefficient of 0.9993 was obtained for a concentration range from 5.03 to 50.03 mg·L^-1. The sensitivity of the method was demonstrated by a limit of detection value of 0.0020% and a limit of quantitation value of 0.0023%. The developed method was validated and applied with satisfactory accuracy and precision for the determination of benzethonium chloride in raw materials and pharmaceutical formulations(recovery 91.67% to 99.13%). The relative standard deviation for repeatability was 1.20%. This method is suitable for the quantitative determination of benzethonium chloride in sanitary wipes.
