摘　　要：PSA单元是变压吸附装置,可将氢气提纯至99.9 V%,具有良好的可靠性以及高自动化技术及维护方便等优点,可以配合像连续催化重整这类大型产氢装置使用。PSA单元在本装置开工至今能够很好的满足装置以及全厂的生产要求,但在日常生产中也存在一些问题,本装置针对存在的问题进行跟踪处理并提出合理的解决方案。PSA unit is a PSA device, which can purify hydrogen to 99.9 V%, It has the advantages of good reliability, high automation technology and easy maintenance,It can be used in conjunction with large hydrogen production units such as continuous catalytic reforming.PSA unit has been able to well meet the production requirements of the unit and the whole plant since the start of the unit, but there are some problems in daily production, The device tracks the existing problems and proposes reasonable solutions.
