摘  要:制药污水处理系统最早采用CASS工艺,由于原水、曝气系统设计以及工艺设计不足等影响,该系统自投入运行后,出水COD一直未达到设计指标。将原有的CASS工艺改为A/O工艺,针对AO系统曝气能力不足的问题,又将原有的膜片曝气改为射流式曝气,氧转移率大大提高,COD、氨氮降到标准以下,达标排放。CASS process was first used in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment system. Due to the insufficient design of raw water, aeration system and process design, the effluent COD has not reached the design target since the system was put into operation. The original CASS process was changed to A/O process. Aiming at the problem of insufficient aeration capacity of A/O system, the original membrane aeration was changed to jet aeration. The oxygen transfer rate was greatly improved, COD and ammonia nitrogen were reduced to below the standard, and the emission was up to standard.
