摘  要:生物泡沫一直是困扰污水处理厂运行管理的难题,文章分析了生物泡沫的形成机理和影响因素,总结了控制生物泡沫的措施。由于影响生物泡沫形成原因复杂,目前暂时未发现有效消除生物泡沫的方法。本文结合生成运行实际情况,提供了一种可移动式一体化除泡沫装置,该装置能实现生物泡沫的收集与处理,节约了人工成本,经济效益明显,具有一定的推广价值。Biological foam has always been a problem that plagues the operation and management of sewage treatment plants. The article analyzes the formation mechanism and influencing factors of biological foam, and summarizes the measures to control biological foam. Due to the complex reasons affecting the formation of bio-foam, no effective method to eliminate bio-foam has been found at present. This article combines the actual conditions of generation and operation to provide a movable integrated defoaming device, which can realize the collection and treatment of biological foam, saves labor costs, has obvious economic benefits, and has a certain promotion value.
