摘　　要：微波消毒技术是医疗废物非焚烧处理的代表性技术之一,因其具有消毒效果良好、节能环保、操作便捷等特点,在医疗废物管理领域受到越来越多的关注。本文对医疗废物的基本概念和常用的医疗废物处理技术进行了简要论述,着重阐述了微波消毒技术的工作原理、设备结构、工艺流程及其优缺点,同时介绍了微波消毒技术在国内外的应用与创新情况,对未来微波消毒技术的进一步推广普及和医疗废物的精细化管理进行了前景展望,并提出如下建议:优化决策,实现医疗废物微波消毒技术科学精细化管理;完善体系,及时出台与时代相适应的微波消毒技术指导性文件;协调联动,促进医疗废物微波消毒行业高质量发展。Microwave disinfection technology is one of the representative technologies for non-incineration treatment of medical waste.On account of its good disinfection effect,energy saving and environmental friendliness as well as convenient operation,it has received more and more attention in the field of medical waste management.In this paper,the basic concepts of medical waste and commonly used medical waste treatment technologies are briefly discussed.The operating principle,equipment structure,process flow,advantages and disadvantages of microwave disinfection technology along with its global application and innovation are then analyzed.Prospects for the further popularization of microwave disinfection technology in the future and the refined management of medical waste are made,suggestions such as optimize decision-making and realize refined management of microwave disinfection technology for medical waste,timely issuing guidance documents on microwave disinfection technology in line with the times,promote high-quality development of the medical waste microwave disinfection industry coordinatively are proposed.
