摘 要:以洛旱6号、洛旱2号、烟农1212、烟农19、连9916、石麦18小麦品种为材料,采用35%的PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,探究干旱胁迫对不同小麦品种幼苗叶片相对含水量、水势、叶绿素含量、膜透性、可溶性蛋白含量和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以期为小麦抗旱育种的筛选工作提供理论依据.结果表明:PEG胁迫下,6个品种中洛旱6号叶片相对含水量最高,叶绿素含量较对照组下降幅度最小;洛旱2号相对电导率较对照组升高幅度最小,相对其他品种水势较对照组降幅最小,可溶性蛋白含量最高,较对照呈极显著提高.6个品种幼苗叶片Fv/Fm值、光化学荧光淬灭系数(qp)和PSⅡ的实际光化学效率与对照相比均呈下降的趋势,其中洛旱6号和洛旱2号相对其他4个品种降幅最小.对6个小麦品种的各项抗旱生理指标进行了主成分分析,按照方差累计贡献率提取了2个主成分.通过计算各品种的主成分综合得分,并采用质心聚类的方法进行系统聚类,将6个小麦品种按抗旱能力分为3类.结果表明,6个供试小麦品种抗旱能力有所差别.在PEG胁迫下,洛旱6号的生长受抑制程度最小,光能利用率最高,膜透性受到的影响相对其他品种也较小,表现出对干旱胁迫较强的耐受能力.In order to provide theoretical basis for drought tolerance wheat breeding,Luohan 6,Luohan 2,Yannong 1212,Yannong 19,Lian 9916 and Shimai 18 are grown in 1/2 Hoagland solution(control)or solution containing 35%(drought stress)to investigate the effects of drought stress on leaf relative drought content,drought potential,chlorophyll content,membrane permeability,soluble protein content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in two-leaf-one-heart stage seedlings of different wheat varieties.Test results show that under drought stress,Luohan 6 behaves the highest leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content decreases the least compared with the CK,the relative conductivity and drought potential of Luohan 2 decrease the least.The highest soluble protein content is significantly higher than the CK.The Fv/Fm value,photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient(qp)and the actual photochemical efficiency of PSII in the leaves show a decreasing trend compared with the CK.Principal component analysis is performed on various drought resistance physiological indexes of six wheat varieties,and two principal components are extracted according to the cumulative contribution rate of variance.The six wheat varieties are divided into three categories according to their drought resistance ability by calculating the comprehensive scores of the principal components of each variety and applying the centroid clustering method for systematic clustering.The results show that the drought resistance of the 6 tested wheat varieties are different.Under the PEG stress,the growth of Luohan 6 is the least inhibited and the light energy utilization rate is the highest.Its membrane permeability is influenced bg drought less than other varieties,and shows strong tolerance to drought stress.
