一例犬肱骨骨折髓内针固定术的诊治

摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的宠物犬走进我们的生活。犬打架、车祸、摔伤等因素均可导致不同程度的伤害,其中四肢骨骨折十分常见。骨折是指骨结构的连续性完全或部分断裂。根据骨折的情况可选择性采取外固定和内固定的方法。本病例是肱骨中段骨折,采取髓内针和钢丝环扎相结合,达到预期效果。With the improvement of living standard,more and more pet dogs come into our life.Dog fights,car accidents,crash injury and other factors can lead to varying degrees of injury,of which limb fractures are very common.Fracture is a complete or partial fracture of the bone structure.External fixation and internal fixation are optional according to the fracture condition.In this case,the middle humerus fracture was achieved by the combination of intramedullary nailing and wire cerclage.
