摘　　要：在现代历史上,美国图书馆事业发展在世界同行业中一直居于前列。二战结束后,美国图书馆业界在美国图书馆协会下属的美国图书馆史圆桌会议的倡导和组织下,开始有组织地、专门地、专业地对美国图书馆史进行研究。文章主要以美国图书馆史圆桌会议为例,探讨二战后美国图书馆史研究的成就与不足,以期为我国的图书馆史事业研究提供借鉴。In modern history,the development of the American libraries has been taking the lead among the world libraries.After the Second World War,the organized,special,and professional library history research in America began.This article mainly takes“Library History Round Table”as an example and explores the achievements and deficiencies in the American library history research after the Second World War,hoping to offer a perspective for the library history research in China.
