摘  要:本试验旨在研究在产蛋鸡日粮中添加活性维生素D3及锌、锰复合物对蛋壳质量的影响。试验材料含维生素D3复合物,可在肠道中经肠道消化酶水解获得活性维生素D3形式,直接驱动对钙、磷的吸收代谢及其他功能,而锌、锰微量元素具有改善蛋壳质量和缓减应激等作用。试验结果显示,对照组蛋壳厚度为0.317mm,试验组蛋壳厚度为0.348mm,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组蛋壳评分为1.82,试验组蛋壳评分为1.10,极显著降低(P<0.01)。此外,试验组裂纹蛋和水印蛋分别为3.3%和26.7%,与对照组相比均大幅降低(分别为23.3%和48.7%)。结果表明,蛋鸡产蛋料添加活性维生素D3及锌、锰复合物可显著提高蛋壳质量,改善水印蛋问题。The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of adding a compound of active vitamin D3,zinc and manganese to the diet of laying hens on eggshell quality.The vitamin D3 through the hydrolysis in the intestinal tract with digestive enzymes turns to the active form,which directly mobilizes calcium and phosphorus homeostasis and other functions,while zinc and manganese trace elements have the effect of improving the eggshell quality and alleviating stress.Experimental results showed 0.317 mm in the control group and 0.348 mm in the test group in terms of eggshell thickness.The test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The eggshell score of the test group(1.10)was also significantly improved(P<0.01)compared with the control(1.82).Specifically,the cracked egg and translucent egg in the test group were 3.3%and 26.7%,much lower than those in the control group(23.3%and 48.7%).These results demonstrate that the addition of active vitamin D3,zinc and manganese compounds in the diet of laying hens could significantly improve the quality of eggshell and thus solve the translucent egg problem.
