摘 要:以偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)为前驱体,无水乙醇为溶剂,冰乙酸为螯合剂,通过电子束辐射辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化硅,研究了辐射剂量、pH值以及A-171、水、冰乙酸含量对凝胶形成的影响,并采用XRD、IR、DSC、SEM对所制备二氧化硅的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明:辐射剂量为60 kGy、pH为6.10、A-171的含量为0.003 mol/L、水含量20%~30%、冰乙酸含量为0.004 mol/L时所制备二氧化硅分布均匀,平均粒径约为60 nm。Silica coupling agent A-171 was used as precursor,anhydrous ethanol as solvent and glacial acetic acid as chelating agent,nano silica was prepared by electron beam assisted sol-gel method.The effects of radiation dose,pH value and A-171,water and glacial acetic acid content on gel formation were studied.The structure and properties of the prepared silica were characterized by XRD,IR,DSC and SEM.The results show that the radiation dose of 60 kGy,pH is 6.10,the content of A-171 is 0.003 mol/L,the content of water is 20%~30%,and the content of glacial acetic acid is 0.004 mol/L,the distribution of silica is evenly distributed,and the average particle size is about 60 nm.
