摘 要:目的:研究石墨烯树脂涂料中石墨烯的分散性,确定测试方法。方法:通过光学显微镜观察石墨烯在树脂中的分布图,同一批次的样品在相同的电压、曝光时间拍摄5个不同点的显微镜图;在相同的灰度下,做石墨烯的分布柱状图。通过归一化柱状图中不同石墨烯粒径的分布图来判定石墨烯的分散性。结果:不同石墨烯粒径的柱状图表明,通过光学显微镜观察和分析能够很好的辨别出石墨烯的粒径及数量,并判别石墨烯涂料的分散性。结论:该方法能够很好地体现石墨烯的分散性,可以进行进一步推广使用。Objective:To study the dispersibility of graphene in graphene resin coatings and determine the test method.Methods:The distribution of graphenewas observed in the resin by an optical microscope.The same batch of samples were taken at the same voltage and exposure time,and were taken micrographs of 5 different points.At the same gray level,distribution histograms of graphenewere made.The dispersibility of graphene is determined by the distribution graph of different graphene particle sizes in the normalized histogram.Results:The distribution graph of different graphene particle sizes shows that through optical microscope observation and analysis,the particle size and quantity of graphene can be well distinguished,and the dispersibility of graphene coating can be distinguished.Conclusion:This method can well reflect the dispersibility of graphene,and can be popularized.
