摘  要:目的:建立不同产区枳壳药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱采集方法,研究枳壳药材指纹图谱,为枳壳质量评价提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱仪采集l6个产区枳壳的指纹图谱,根据《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2012版》计算分析不同样品之间的相似度并进行聚类分析。结果:高效液相色谱采集枳壳指纹图谱的波长为320 nm,流动相为甲醇-磷酸水体系(pH=4.5);浙、川和江西产地药材之间具有较好的一致性,越南一带所产枳壳相似度最低;聚类分析显示,产地及采收期与药材的质量相关。结论:本方法精密度高、重现性好,为枳壳道地性质量评价提供参考。Objective:To establish high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii in different producing areas,to study the fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii,and provide reference for the quality evaluation of Fructus aurantii.Methods:HPLC was used to collect the fingerprints of Fructus aurantii Immaturus from 16 producing areas.The similarity of different samples was calculated and analyzed according to the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2012 Edition).Result:The wavelength of HPLC fingerprint of Fructus aurantii Immaturus was 320 nm,and the mobile phase was methanol phosphoric acid water system(pH=4.5).There was a good consistency between the medicinal materials from Zhejiang,Sichuan and Jiangxi,and the similarity of Fructus aurantii Immaturus from Vietnam was the lowest.Cluster analysis showed that the quality of Fructus aurantii Immaturus was related to the origin and harvest time.Conclusion:This method has high precision and good reproducibility,which provides reference for the evaluation of the quality of Fructus Aurantii and lays foundation for the further rational utilization of Fructus Aurantii.
