摘　　要：本文以病原微生物耐药性变异的影响为切入点,从明确诊断、严格指征、做好药敏试验、加大监控力度和加强宣传教育5方面,详细论述了防范病原微生物耐药性变异的策略,旨在促进抗菌药物的科学合理使用,提高病原微生物感染性疾病的治愈率。Based on the influence of the variation of drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms,this paper discusses in detail the strategies to prevent the variation of drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms from five aspects:clear diagnosis,strict indications,good drug sensitivity test,strengthening monitoring and education,so as to promote the scientific and rational use of antibiotics and improve the cure rate of infectious diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms.
