摘　　要：基于“五位一体”总体布局思想,从经济、文化、社会、环境和政治五个维度选取了25个初始评价指标,利用陕西省2012-2016年数据,采用主成分分析法构建了生态文明建设绩效评价体系,对陕西省生态文明建设情况进行了评价并给出了绩效提升的建议。Based on the overall layout idea of"five in one",25 initial measurement indicators were selected from the five dimensions of economy,culture,society,environment and politics.Based on the data of Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2016,the principle component analysis method was used to construct the performance evaluation system of ecological civilization construction,and the situation of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi Province was evaluated and suggestions for performance improvement were given.
