摘　　要：本文在提出学校劳资统计工作问题基础上,分析原因,探讨解决学校劳资统计工作问题的对策,以提升学校统计工作的质量和效率,满足教职工、学校及各方需求。This paper analyzes the reasons and explores the countermeasures to solve the problems of school labor statistics work on the basis of putting forward the problems of school labor statistics work,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of school statistics work,and meet the needs of faculty,school and all parties.
