摘　　要：随着人们对食品安全的愈加重视,防止食品变质,保障食品安全也成为冷链物流配送中心的一个重要方面。但是目前国内的冷链物流配送中心存在着数量过多,布局规划不合理,自动化程度较低等问题。这些问题都影响着冷链物流的高效运行,通过使用Flexsim软件对农产品冷链的物流配送中心的运行过程进行建模和仿真,得到相关的仿真数据,找出农产品冷链配送中心运作过程中存在的瓶颈和闲置资源,并给出相关的改进措施。As people pay more and more attention to food safety,preventing food deterioration and ensuring food safety has become an important aspect of cold chain logistics distribution centers.However,at present,there are many problems in the domestic cold chain logistics distribution center,such as excessive quantity,unreasonable layout planning,and low degree of automation.These problems all affect the efficient operation of cold chain logistics.By using Flexsim software to model and simulate the operation process of the agricultural chain cold chain logistics distribution center,the relevant simulation data are obtained to find out the bottlenecks and idle resources in the operation of the cold chain distribution center of agricultural products,and give relevant improvement measures.
