摘  要:本文通过紫外光谱法研究了水杨酸与丙烯酰胺、α-甲基丙烯酸之间的相互作用。比较后得出水杨酸与丙烯酰胺的非共价作用更强烈。因此,选择以水杨酸为模板分子,以丙烯酰胺为功能单体,通过本体聚合法制备了分子印迹聚合物。吸附动力学实验和吸附热力学实验表明了其具有良好的吸附性能。选择性吸附实验得出该聚合物对不同底物溶液吸附中,对水杨酸表现出良好的特异性吸附。同时本研究也为天然产物成分的分离纯化提供了一种方法。The interaction between salicylic acid, acrylamide and α-methylacrylic acid was studied by UV spectroscopy, and its mechanism was discussed in this paper. The results show that the noncovalent effect of salicylic acid and acrylamide is stronger. Therefore, molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization with salicylic acid as template molecule and acrylamide as functional monomer. The adsorption kinetics experiment and adsorption thermodynamics experiment show that it has good adsorption performance. Selective adsorption experiments showed that the polymer had good specific adsorption for salicylic acid in different substrate solutions. At the same time, this study also provides a method for the separation and purification of natural products.
