摘　　要：香豆素类化合物是一种具有很强的生理活性、药理活性及生物活性的天然产物。4-羟基香豆素是合成香豆素类衍生物的一类重要的有机中间体。本文以4-甲基苯酚为原料,通过乙酰化,重排,缩合反应,合成6-甲基-4-羟基香豆素,三步反应总收率为40.0%,其结构经质谱和~1HNMR确证。Coumarins are natural products with strong physiological, pharmacological and biological activities. 4-hydroxycoumarin is an important organic intermediate in the synthesis of coumarin derivatives. In this paper, 6-methyl-4-hydroxycoumarin was synthesized from 4-methylphenol by acetylation, rearrangement and condensation. The total yield of the three steps was 40.0 %. Its structure was confirmed by mass spectrum and ~1HNMR.
