中国西北地区聚氯乙烯产业分析研究

摘　　要：聚氯乙烯目前被广泛应用于各个领域的高分子材料。其主要合成工艺为电石法和乙烯法,由于我国原材料地理分布特征,西北地区主要采用电石法,东南及中部地区多采用乙烯法。其中西北地区的产能占全国总产能的50%左右,随着市场对聚氯乙烯的需求增速放缓,聚氯乙烯市场正逐步进入缓步增长阶段。西北地区因为其原料成本低,产能不断扩大,但在目前产能过剩的情况下还需要继续提高市场竞争力才能保持健康稳定的增长。PVC is widely used in various fields of polymer materials. Due to the geographical distribution of raw materials in our country, the carbide and ethylene methods are mainly used in Northwest China and in Southeast and central China, respectively. The production capacity of Northwest China accounts for about 50 % of the total production capacity of the country. With the slowdown of market demand for PVC, PVC market is gradually entering a slow growth stage. Northwest China still needs to continue to improve its market competitiveness in order to maintain a healthy and stable growth owing to the low cost of raw materials and the continuous expansion of production capacity.
