摘  要:通过建立一个以木屑为载体的固定生长白腐真菌系统实现了对污水中两种药物活性物质萘普生和卡马西平的有效去除,其去除率分别达到52.7%和58.1%。研究发现固定式的培养方式有利于真菌胞外酶活性的提高,但未能明显增加真菌生物质的产量。同时药物活性物质对胞外酶活性有一定的抑制作用。系统对两种污染物的不同去除效果可能与污染物不同的去除机制有关。Both naproxen and carbamazepine as two pharmaceutically activated compound(phACs) were effectively removed from wastewater through a white-rot fungus immobilized growth system using wood chips as carriers. The removal rates reached 52.7 % and 58.1 %, respectively. The study revealed that immobilized cultivation was conducive to the improvement of fungal extracellular enzyme activity, while biomass production was not found increasing significantly. Meanwhile it was also found that two compounds have inhibition effect on enzyme activity to some extent. The different removal performances of two compounds may be related to their different elimination mechanisms.
