摘 要:潮州某垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液水量约360 m^3/d,COD约70000 mg/L、氨氮约1500 mg/L、总氮约2500 mg/L、SS约10000 mg/L。出水水质执行一类污染物应达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》GB16889-2008表二标准,二类污染物执行《广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)中表4第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度(第二时段三级标准)规定,设计采用"除渣预处理+厌氧反应器(IC)+外置式MBR膜生化反应器+纳滤(NF)+纳滤浓液减量化系统(CMS)"组合工艺,最终做到"近零排放"。The amount of leachate wastewater from an incineration plant in Chaozhou is about 360 m^3/d, COD is about 70000 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is about 1500 mg/L, total nitrogen is about 2500 mg/L, suspended solid is about 10000 mg/L. As for the Class Ⅰ water pollutants, the effluent water quality should meet the standards in Table 2 of "Pollution Control Standards for Domestic Waste Landfill"(GB16889-2008);As for the Class Ⅱ water pollutants, the effluent water quality should be lower than the maximum allowable discharge concentration(the third level of the second period) of the second category of pollutants in Table 4 of "Guangdong Province Local Standard Water Pollutant Discharge Limits(DB44/26-2001), The design adopts the combination process:"deslagging pretreatment+anaerobic reactor(IC)+external membrane biochemical reactor(MBR)+nanofiltration(NF)+nanofiltration concentrate reduction system(CMS) ", finally it achieves "near zero emission".
