摘　　要：针对某精细化学品合成生产线遇到的过滤器堵塞问题,进行了过滤器结构分析和改型设计。新的锥形结构过滤器经使用表明,堵塞现象完全消除、物料通过性好、机械杂质滤除效果较好、省时省力,保证了生产工艺的正常运行,排除了机械杂质对产品质量的影响。Technical filter within a fine chemicals production line was often clogged up. Due to structure analysis and revised design, new cone-shape filter was gotton. The experimental results showed that blocking phenomenon was entirely eliminated, materials passed through well, and mechanical admixture were filter out. The production line were processed smoothly and product quality were assured.
