摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱为固定相,乙腈∶水∶醋酸(60∶38∶2)为流动相进行等度洗脱,在紫外检测波长294nm,柱温35℃测定香连化滞丸中厚朴酚的含量。实验结果表明,该方法在24小时内稳定,平均加样回收率为97.99%,重复性、准确性、专属性良好,可为香连化滞丸的质量控制提供参考。This article uses high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of magnolol in XianglianhuaZhi Pills, octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column was used as the stationary phase, with acetonitrile: water: acetic acid(60∶38∶2) as the mobile phase for isocratic elution, and column temperature was 35 ℃, a UV detection wavelength of 294 nm. The experimental results show that the method is stable within 24 hours, with an average sample recovery rate of 97.99 %, good repeatability, accuracy, and specificity, which can provide a reference for the quality control of Xianglianhuazhi Pills.
