土地价格、空间关联与城市集聚经济——基于全国283个地级市空间面板数据的经验证据

摘　　要：城市在经济发展中发挥重要作用。本文通过选取2004-2017年我国283个地级市面板数据,实证检验各城市在集聚经济发展中空间关联和土地财政对城市集聚经济的影响。研究表明:各城市集聚经济在发展中存在空间溢出效应,东部和中部地区表现出正向空间溢出而西部地区却呈现显著的负向溢出;土地价格的膨胀显著抑制城市发展。因此,城市土地要素供给应以城市协调发展为根本,各地要根据自身发展情况,综合协调土地要素供给形式,推动城市发展。Cities play an important role in economic development.By selecting panel data for 14 years of 283 prefecture-level cities in China,this paper empirically tested the influence of spatial correlation and land finance on urban agglomeration economy in the development of agglomeration economy.The research shows that:there is spatial spillover effect in the development of urban agglomeration economy.The eastern and central regions show positive spatial spillover while the western regions show significant negative spatial spillover.The expansion of land prices has significantly inhibited urban development.Therefore,the supply of urban land elements should be based on the coordinated development of cities,and each region should comprehensively coordinate the form of land element supply according to its own development to promote urban development.
