膝关节镜辅助微创手术治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者运用膝关节镜辅助微创手术治疗的临床价值.方法:选取于2018年2月至2019年4月本院收治的复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者72例,随机分为观察组(膝关节镜辅助微创手术治疗)和对照组(传统手术治疗)各36人.结果:与对照组(77.78%)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(97.22%)较高(P<0.05).结论:复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者运用膝关节镜辅助微创手术治疗后,能够有效提高治疗效果,其临床价值较显著.Objective:To explore the clinical value of complex shin bone platform fracture patients using knee arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgical treatment.Methods:72 patients with complex tibia platform fractures were selected from February 2018 to April 2019,and were randomly divided into 36 patients in the observation group(knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery)and control group(traditional surgical treatment).Results:Compared to the control group(77.78%),the total efficiency of the observation group was higher(P 0.05).Conclusion:After using knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery,the clinical value of complex tibia platform fracture patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
