综合护理干预对康复期精神病患者焦虑情绪分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对康复期精神病患者应用综合护理干预对患者焦虑情绪的影响.方法:选取60例康复期精神病患者作为本次研究对象,按照不同的护理方式,将其分为实验1组和实验2组,每组30例.实验1组患者实施常规性护理,实验2组患者实施综合护理措施,对比两组康复期精神病患者焦虑情绪评分.结果:实验2组康复期精神病患者SAS评分明显低于实验1组,两组数据组间差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:对康复期精神病患者应用综合护理措施,不仅能减轻患者的焦虑情绪,还能提高患者的生活质量,具有应用推广价值.Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with mental illness during rehabilitation.Methods:60 cases of convalescent psychosis were selected as the subjects of this study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,each group of 30.In the first group of patients,routine nursing was carried out,and in the second group,comprehensive nursing measures were carried out.Results:The SAS score was significantly lower than that of group 1 in the rehabilitation period of group 2.Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing measures can not only alleviate the anxiety of the patients,but also improve the quality of life of the patients,and have the value of extension.
