摘  要:海上平台使用空压机对空气进行压缩,并通过干燥塔对压缩空气进行干燥处理,降低压缩空气的露点,制备气动调节阀使用的合格仪表气。干燥塔一旦发生故障会造成仪表气含水量增高,在低温下会凝结水露,严重影响气动阀门的控制灵敏度和精度,进而影响生产流程的稳定性。针对平台上的干燥塔没有运行异常报警功能的问题,探讨增加相应的报警反馈功能,实时监控干燥塔运行状态是否与控制器发出的指令一致,当出现异常时,输出声光报警并传至中控,提醒现场人员及时进行处理。The air compressor is used to compress the air on the offshore platform,and the compressed air is dried through the drying tower to reduce the dew point of the compressed air and becomes the qualified instrument air for the pneumatic control valve.The fault of drying tower will increase water content in the instrument air.The instrument air will be condensed at low temperature,which seriously affects the control sensitivity and precision of the pneumatic valve,thereby affecting the stability of the production process.The drying tower has no alarm when fault occurs.This paper discusses adding the corresponding alarm feedback function,which can monitor in real time whether the actual operating state of the drying tower is consistent with the instruction issued by the controller.When inconsistencies occur,the PLC will send an acousto-optic alarm,and pass it to the CCR for reminding the person to deal with it in time.
