摘  要:针对复合材料真空灌注过程中由于灌注辅材布置不合理或抽气动力异常造成材料局部半干纱或干纱的问题,提出一种有效的解决方案:通过针孔注胶浸润干纤维区域,用于灌注过程中对局部即将形成的产品缺陷进行补救,避免产品形成质量缺陷。模拟针孔注胶过程,制作样品并进行测试,结果表明:局部的针孔注胶方案具有可行性,注胶后的区域与正常真空灌注得到的复合材料制品各方面性能相近,符合力学性能要求。In order to solve the problem of partial semi dry yarn or dry yarn caused by unreasonable arrangement of injecting auxiliary materials or abnormal pumping force in the vacuum injection process of composite material,an effective solution is proposed.The dry fiber area is impregnated by pinhole glue injection,which is used to remedy the local product defects that will be formed in the injection process,so as to avoid the formation of quality defects.The process of pinhole glue injection was simulated,and samples were made and tested.The results show that the local injection method is feasible,and the properties of the area after glue injection are similar to those of the composite products obtained by normal vacuum injection,which meets the requirements of mechanical properties.
