摘　　要：[目的]了解社区大肠癌高危人群的肠镜检查依从性及相关影响因素,为提高社区大肠癌病人早期病变发现率的干预措施提供参考依据。[方法]对404例大肠癌高危人群采用中心自拟随访登记表进行追踪调查,分析影响肠镜检查依从性的因素。[结果]42.1%体检者依从性差;影响肠镜检查依从性的3个主要因素是肠镜检查认知度、大肠癌知识水平、社会支持程度。[结论]提高社区护士的健康教育能力,消除其大肠癌高危人群的心理顾虑,改变其错误观念;对特殊人群应做好家属、居委会的沟通配合工作,加大社会支持力度,从而提高肠镜检查依从性。Objective:To understand the colonoscopy compliance in high-risk population of community colorectal cancer and related influencing factors,so as to provide reference for intervention measures to improve early lesion detection rate of community colorectal cancer patients.Methods:A total of 404 cases with high risk of colorectal cancer received the follow-up by self-designed follow-up registration form.The influencing factors of colonoscopy compliance were analyzed.Results:42.1%of the patients had poor compliance.The three main factors influencing the compliance of colonoscopy were the awareness of colonoscopy,the knowledge level of colorectal cancer and the social support level.Conclusions:It pointed out that the health education ability of community nurses should be improved,in order to eliminate the psychological concerns of high-risk groups of colorectal cancer and change their misconceptions;It suggested that the communication and cooperation between family members and neighborhood committees should be done well for special population,and social support should be increased to improve compliance with colonoscopy.
