摘  要:玻璃窑炉是玻璃工厂最重要的生产设备,其耗能占整个玻璃工厂总耗能的70%~80%。玻璃窑炉在生产过程中也会产生大量的NOx产物。燃烧设备的性能与玻璃生产的能耗和环保息息相关,新型燃烧设备的应用对于玻璃生产节能环保有着极其重要的作用。探讨玻璃窑炉燃烧器火焰热量传导和氮氧化合物产生的原因,提出使用增碳扁平火焰纯氧燃烧器可以提高热效率和减少氮氧化合物的生成,特别是应用于低热值燃料。Glass furnace is the most important production equipment in glass factory, and its energy consumption accounts for 70%~80% of the total energy consumption of the whole glass factory. The furnace also release a lot of NOx products in the manufacturing process. The performance of combustion equipment is closely related to the energy consumption and environmental protection. Application of new combustion equipment plays an important role in energy saving and environmental protection. The causes of burner flame heat transfer and nitrogen oxides formation in glass furnace are discussed. It is pointed out that carbon based flat flame oxyfuel burners can improve thermal efficiency and reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides, especially for low calorific fuels.
