摘  要:从生产角度分析了颜色玻璃色道缺陷的形成原理。依据对灰、茶系列玻璃产品色道缺陷的解决经验,通过总结和完善,从提高配合料质量、改善显色环境、稳定熔窑参数、优化转色过程、减少外购碎玻璃使用、稳定原料结构和消除玻璃液冷却期间的不均匀性等七个方面提出相应的解决措施,为消除颜色玻璃的色道缺陷提供参考。The formation principle of abnormal colour streak defect in tinted glass was analyzed from the production point of view. Based on the solution experience on stripe defect of the grey or tea series glass product, and after the summary and improvement of the experience, the corresponding measures are put forward from seven aspects, such as improving the quality of the batch, improving the color development environment, stabilizing the parameters of the furnace, optimizing the color conversion process, reducing the use of the purchased broken glass, holding the raw material structure and eliminating the inhomogeneity during the cooling of the glass-melt. It provides reference for eliminating the defect of color streak in tinted glass.
