摘 要:防眩玻璃简称AG玻璃,能降低玻璃表面环境反光干扰。通过化学抛光来改变防眩玻璃光泽度,并对化学抛光过程中各阶段玻璃表面形态进行了观测。随着抛光蚀刻量的增加,AG玻璃光泽度先下降后上升。同种材质的AG玻璃,雾度小的在化学抛光后玻璃光泽度大。同一雾度的AG玻璃,蚀刻量<100 mm,钠钙AG玻璃的光泽度大于高铝AG玻璃;蚀刻量>100 mm,高铝AG玻璃的光泽度大于钠钙AG玻璃。Anti-glare glass(AG glass), can reduce the glare interference on the glass surface. The gloss of AG glass was changed by chemical polishing. The surface morphology of the glass in different stages of chemical polishing was observed. The glossiness of AG glass decreased firstly and then that increased, with the increase of the polishing amount. For AG glass with the same material, which with the little haze, the glossiness became bigger, after chemical polishing. For the AG glass with the same haze, the glossiness of the sodium-calcium AG glass was bigger than that of high-aluminum AG glass, when the etching amount was less than 100 μm. However, the result was converse, when the etching amount was more than 100 μm.
