摘　　要：目前城市轨道交通行业正在朝着智慧运维的方向建设,大力推进在线监测技术的研究和产品性能升级是发展的必然趋势。文章介绍北京地铁运营有限公司车辆专业按照"需求导向、问题导向、目标导向"的原则,构建智能运维建设框架和车辆运营管理的指标体系,收集客观数据,并通过科学建模算法进行分析处理,形成预警阈值和健康指标,从而为车辆管理提供可视化和可量化的评价依据。At present,the urban rail transit industry is trending towards the direction of intelligent operation and maintenance,and a large number of online monitoring technology research and product performance and function upgrading are the inevitable trend of development.Based on the principle of Demand Oriented,Problem Oriented and Goal Oriented,the vehicle professionals of Beijing Metro Operation Co.,Ltd.construct the intelligent operation and maintenance construction framework and the index system of vehicle operation and management,collect objective data,analyze and process them through scientifi c modeling algorithm,form up early warning threshold and health indicators,so as to provide visual and quantifi able evaluation basis for vehicle management.
