彝族药物朵基诺(铁扫把)抗烟碱急性毒性作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究彝族药物朵基诺(铁扫把)抗烟碱急性毒性作用。方法采用小鼠腹腔注射致死量烟碱溶液,分别改变朵基诺供试药液和烟碱液剂量,观察不同条件下供试药液解毒效果及实验动物生存率。结果①常规剂量实验中,实验组用药72 h后动物存活率为82.5%,对照组动物存活率15%,实验组生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);②不同剂量朵基诺实验中,高剂量组72 h存活率100%,中剂量组存活率80%,低剂量组存活率55%;高剂量组小鼠的中毒程度较轻,且存活率高(与低剂量组比较P<0.01);低剂量组的中毒程度重,且存活率降低;③高剂量烟碱实验中,甲组(2.5倍致死量)、乙组(2倍致死量)中毒程度深,实验动物用药后全部猝死,存活率均为0%;丙组(1.5倍致死量)动物也出现严重中毒症状,用药72 h后30%的动物存活率。结论在烟碱临界致死量时,一定剂量的朵基诺(铁扫把)可明显缓解烟碱液所致中毒症状、降低死亡率。烟碱用量达到2倍致死以上时,朵基诺的解救效果不明显。Objective To study the anti-nicotine acute toxicity of dokino(iron broom).Methods Mice were intraperitoneally injected with a lethal dose of nicotine solution,and the dose of dokino and tobacco lye were changed respectively.The detoxification effect and survival rate of experimental animals were observed under different conditions.Results①In the routine dose test,the survival rate of animals in the experimental group was 82.5%after 72 hours of administration,and that of animals in the control group was 15%.The survival rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).②The survival rate of the high dose group was 100%,the survival rate of the medium dose group was 80%,and the survival rate of the low dose group was 55%.The toxicity of mice in the high-dose group was less severe and the survival rate was higher(compared with low-dose group,P<0.01);The low-dose group was more toxic and had a lower survival rate.③In the high-dose nicotine test,the poisoning degree of group a(2.5 times the lethal dose)and group b(2 times the lethal dose)was deep,and the survival rate of all experimental animals was 0%after sudden death.Animals in group c(1.5 times lethal dose)also showed severe poisoning symptoms,and 30%of the animals survived after 72 hours of administration.Conclusion At the critical lethal dose of nicotine,a certain dose of dokino(iron broom)can obviously relieve the poisoning symptoms caused by tobacco lye and reduce the mortality.When nicotine dosage reached 2 times more than lethal,the rescue effect of dokino was not obvious.
