摘　　要：疼痛是临床常见的一种疾病,直接影响着人们的日常生活,但其机制并不十分清楚。近年来发现,钾通道对疼痛起着调节作用,被认为是治疗疼痛的新靶点。本文主要概述钾通道类型及各亚型在疼痛中起到的作用,以及钾通道开放剂作为疼痛治疗药物的研究进展。Pain is a common clinical disease,which directly affects people′s daily life,but its mechanism is not very clear.In recent years,it has been found that potassium channel plays an important role in regulating pain,and it is considered to be a new target for the treatment of pain.This paper mainly summarized the types of potassium channels and the role of each subtype in pain,as well as the research progress of potassium channel opener as pain treatment drugs.
