摘　　要：近些年来,中国保持了与拉美国家贸易往来稳定健康发展,但以阿根廷、巴西为代表的拉美国家频频对华发起反倾销调查,严重损害了中国企业的利益。究其原因,主要在于双方贸易逆差扩大,贸易商品结构失衡,拉美国家对中国企业存在歧视等。新形势下应采取搭建常态化磋商渠道、保持高频沟通,坚持综合施策、提高中国在拉美国家的影响力,加强对拉美国家的市场监测、不断优化出口产品结构和市场结构,合理利用WTO规则、提升中国企业应诉积极性等对策,促进双方贸易持续健康发展。In recent years,China has maintained a stable and healthy development of trade with Latin-American countries.However,Latin-American countries,represented by Argentina and Brazil,have frequently launched anti-dumping investigations against China,which has seriously harmed the interests of Chinese enterprises.The main reasons for that are the widening of bilateral trade deficit,the imbalance of the trade commodity structure,and the discrimination against Chinese enterprises in Latin-American countries.Under the new situation,it is necessary to establish normalized consultation channels,maintain high-frequency communication,adhere to comprehensive policies,enhance China’s influence in Latin-American countries,strengthen market monitoring in Latin-American countries,continuously optimize export product structure and market structure,make rational use of WTO rules,and enhance the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises to respond to lawsuits,so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of bilateral trade.
